I’m taking you through my “Fast Five” drills for improved agility and speed. Here’s the breakdown:
1. Quick Feet: Forward and Back/Side-to-Side – 3 reps, 0:20 each
2. Defensive Slides: 3 sets, 0:10 each
3. Sprint Strides: 3 sets of 10 reps
4. Defensive Slide & Sprint: 4 sets
5. Defend the Castle: As many times as you can in 0:30
