This HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout will give you a great burn, and the core training that goes along with it will help you maintain the best strength in your abdominals — where you get hit the most.

If you need to substitute the martial arts daily cardio workout for something else, I suggest the following– Sprint :15, Jog :10, repeat for 15-20 minutes. You can follow the same format on a bike as well.
