I’ve started ramping up my training for the USA Taekwondo National Championships in July, so here’s a piece of my training regimen. This High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout targets the whole body (abs, arms, chest, back, glutes, etc). There’s two kinds of intensities in this training mix – Intense and BEAST MODE. Champions DON’T rest (but they do allow themselves to recover between sets).
Repeat this set three times (for four total) and allow yourself 1-2 minutes of rest in between.
