Here’s my morning lift session

On the mornings before my Exercise Science classes at my university, I hit the weight room. When you have an 18 credit hour semester, you have to maximize your time and your output.

Welcome to my Upper Body Superset workout.

When you perform these supersets, you don’t rest in between. The idea is to alternate between two different exercises for your number of sets. Supersets save time, and no rest time means a higher intensity. If you’re working the same muscle group one after another, you don’t need to lift very heavy weights because you are already overloading that muscle group.

Print out the workout sheet below, choose your weight for each set, and get started.
